My name is Ricardo Díaz. Many of you already know me, and it has truly been an honor to be part of your children’s growth—not only as players, but as individuals—through their experience at RD5 Soccer Camp.

I want to begin by sincerely thanking you for the trust you have placed in me. I understand that when you bring your child into a program, you’re not just looking for soccer training… you’re trusting someone to guide them, motivate them, and play a role in their development during an important stage of their lives. That trust is something I never take lightly; I carry it with commitment, responsibility, and passion every single day.

Throughout my journey, I’ve experienced the game at different levels, including youth development systems, professional teams, and first division environments. Although my professional playing career was brief, it gave me a very clear realization: my true purpose is to develop, inspire, and guide the next generation.

Today, RD5 is more than a camp… it is a space where players come to challenge themselves, face adversity, and discover what they are truly capable of. Here, we don’t just focus on technique or performance on the field—we develop mindset, discipline, character, and respect.

I firmly believe that every child has unique potential. And when they are given the right environment, proper guidance, and someone who believes in them, they can achieve far more than they imagine.

For me, this goes beyond soccer.
It’s about developing confident, strong, disciplined young individuals who are prepared for any challenge on and off the field.
